It is able to sort several other games as well. Make sure that text in the dropdown list points to FO4. It will get more and more accurate over the time, but it is recommended that players also learn how to check record conclits in 圎dit (FO4 version known as FO4Edit) tool, if they have multiply conflicts. This makes it less accurate as it was for Skyrim, becasue team have not been able to keep up with exceptions added to master list.
Problem with LOOT and FO4 is that many mod authors seem to carry over vanilla records for minor changes. Game uses last records loaded in the load order, so unsorted conflicts in them may cause issues in the game - and usually do. It attempts to sort your load order correctly. LOOT stands for Load Order Optimization Tool.
